    Dreams have been amazing

    I’m finally sleeping thru the night all the way. On top of that my dreams have been so pleasant and vivid. Had a dream last night where I could actually smell flowers given to me in the dream which I don’t think I’ve ever been able to smell anything in a dream before. Definitely part of my new sleep ritual.

    for when you need to chill out 🧘‍♀️

    i have been a fan of funguy for a while now, and these chill gummies might be my new favorite! i don’t drink alcohol so these have been my new “glass of wine” after a long day. i also love taking one before meditations, yoga, and even massages - they really help me drop into my body.
