We are committed to providing the best possible experience when it comes to shipping your order. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processes and terms.
Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours of acceptance. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that during high-volume periods (e.g., sales events, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Location: All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California.
Shipping Method: We exclusively ship via USPS to ensure reliable delivery. Please select your preferred USPS shipping option at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that Express Shipping timeframes are calculated from the time of shipping, not from the time of order placement.
Standard Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. We offer standard shipping across the U.S.
Express Shipping: Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.
Rates and estimated delivery times for shipping are provided at checkout, and estimated from time of processing, not time of order placement.
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship within the United States, including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping: International shipping is available on a country-dependent basis. We reserve the right to refuse an international order at any time.
Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the USPS website.
Disclaimer: While online tracking is typically available via USPS, we make no warranties regarding its availability as it is beyond our control. Deliveries may be scheduled for a specified arrival, but we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific date or time.
Product Availability: All offers of products as they are displayed via our services are subject to availability. Fun Guy reserves the right to modify the items offered via our services at any time.
Out of Stock Items: If a product is not available for shipping promptly after you place your order, or upon the next delivery date under your subscription, you will be notified. You may choose to order a different item that is currently available, wait until the product is back in stock (if it will be available again in a timely manner), or cancel your order. Fun Guy shall not be liable if products are not in stock or otherwise not available.
Pricing and Information Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or otherwise, we reserve the right to not process or to cancel any orders placed for such product.
Ownership and Risk: Once your order has left our fulfillment center, Fun Guy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. The risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to USPS.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Personal Use Only: All products available through our services are for personal use only. You may not resell any of the products that you purchase or receive from us. If you are a wholesaler or retailer interested in purchasing items in bulk, please email phoebe@funguy.com.
Returns and Exchanges: We love our products and hope you do too! If you are not 100% happy, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Repeated refund requests from the same customer are not allowed. This refund policy applies to orders placed on funguy.com only, and it is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our team’s discretion.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue for you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
