2. Responsibility Upon Delivery:
- If you select "Express" shipping and your chocolate arrives melted, you must notify us within 24 hours of the stated delivery time to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Please provide a photo of the melted chocolate along with your order number in your communication to hello@funguy.com
