It was okay. Recommended stayed dose was 2 but I felt absolutely nothing from it. Takes3-4 to feel any type of effect and it’s very light. The flavor is awesome compared to other brands though, so that’s a good thing. I plan to try 5 pieces next time to see if I feel anything major or beneficial.

I’ve ordered a few boxes of “Flow” now, and love the way the Kanna gets me out of my head space and into my heart space. Truly gets me to go with the flow of life. Thanks FunGuy.

My husband and I ate them before a Badfish show and I really felt the joy of the night. Euphoria is definitely the right word. We will definitely be ordering more.

A nice alternative to other social outing options

Although it didn't make me Flow it made me very sleepy even one triangle I found it most beneficial. It seems to be very useful fighting my depression and focus. Full disclosure im Bi-polar/ADHD/PTSD so drug interactions are not always predictable. I plan to keep taking if no issues. I would consider myself a satisfied customer.

Did not have the same effect as previously

I enjoy Kanna because it induces a very mellow peaceful easy feeling. I think that was also the title of an Eagles song from way back in the 1970s, Kanna will lower those toxic cortisol levels which afflict so many people. One detail Kanna is relaxing so there is a very good chance you're going to fall asleep,so be prepared.

I like the chocolate more than the gummies. Seems to have a more lingering effect. Works well with other party substances such as alcohol and THC products.

I love these chocolates! Once I was on an airplane and ended up having an hour long conversation with a native Spanish speaker after only taking Spanish lessons for a year - but I just went with it and enjoyed the process in a way I would never have been able to without being in the flow! They also help me stay in a good place mentally and emotionally as a daily small dose practice.
