How do points work?
Simple: you earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. Subscribers earn 2 points per $1 because loyalty deserves loyalty. Points stack up in your account and convert into discount codes and free products you apply at checkout.
What's a point actually worth?
Every 100 points = $5. So 200 points is $10. Easy math, great vibes.
Do all my purchases count?
Yep, every purchase on www.funguy.com earns points as long as you're logged into your account. If you buy our products from one of our retail partners (hyperlink to store locator), you’re able to upload a photo of a receipt for points! A few exclusions may apply, but we'll always tell you upfront if something doesn't earn.
What happens if I return something?
If you return an item, the points you earned on it come back out of your account.
How do achievements work?
Achievements are extra, extra points for being loyal. Complete the task, unlock the reward. Each one tells you exactly what to do and what you'll get. They reset yearly.
Do my points expire?
Nope.
Do subscribers earn points faster?
They do. Subscribers earn 2 points per $1 instead of 1, so being on subscription doubles how fast you climb toward rewards.
What happens if I pause my subscription?
Your points and achievement progress are saved while you're paused, and pick right back up when you restart.
How do referrals work?
Type your friend's email into the referral field and hit send. They'll get a code for $10 off their first order. Once they use it at checkout, you get 200 points dropped in your account. Refer 5 friends and you unlock the Party Starter achievement for a 250-point bonus on top. You can also copy and share your referral link directly, same deal.

Does my friend have to buy something for it to count?
Yes. The referral only counts once your friend makes a purchase using their code.
Are there exclusions on what they can buy with the referral discount?
